Tim received his diploma from Fanshawe College in London in 1989. From 1990-2002 he held the position of Project Draftsperson and from 2002-2005 he was the Lead Project Draftsperson for other architectural firms in Kingston. In 2005 he joined CKA and brought with him years of experience in a wide variety of projects including; hotels, offices, institutions and residences.
Tim is responsible for coordinating the document production for projects at all stages including existing conditions as-found drawings, concept drawings and reports, design development drawings, outline specifications, construction drawings and specifications, tender addenda drawings, construction details and as-built record drawings.
He works with the Principal-In-Charge, the Project Manager and the various sub-consultant firms to ensure that documents are produced on schedule and to the applicable project Revit/CADD standards system.
Tim also serves as Construction Manager for various projects which requires communication with every associated person involved; architects, consultants, jurisdictional authorities and the client.
Tim enjoys sailing, baseball, hiking and sharing other activities with his family.
