Tim is responsible for coordinating the document production for all projects at all stages of the project including existing conditions as-found drawings, concept drawings and reports, design development drawings and outline specifications, construction drawings and specifications, tender addenda drawings, construction details, and as-built record drawings.He works with the Principal-In-Charge, the Project Manager, and the various sub-consultant firms to ensure that documents are produced on schedule and to the applicable project CADD standards system. He is responsible for the organization of the documents set and for supervision and allocation of production staff to meet deadlines. He reviews the in-progress documents regularly to ensure both internal coordination and coordination with the various other disciplines.
Tim also serves as Construction Manager for various projects, working with our Principal-In-Charge of the project, the Project Architect, the various other consultants that form part of the Project Team, the client representative, the general contractor, and the Authorities Having Jurisdiction to ensure that the construction work is completed to everyone’s satisfaction.
Tim is also responsible for establishment and maintenance of office standards for document production, and is very familiar with the standards of various client groups.
