She participates in all stages of the design planning including, creation of the conceptual design, design development details, and assists with creation and review of construction documents.

Rowana assists the Principal-in-Charge at all design stages. She coordinates the design work with the the production staff, the various other consultant disciplines, the codes and by-laws, and the Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
