| Andrea assists with the design, at all stages of the project. She is responsible for the interior design aspects of our projects, such as tenant improvements, retail and corporate spaces. Her tasks include programming, space planning, furniture layout, custom millwork design, selection of finishes, fixtures and equipment. She also participates in the architectural design development of the building itself, both interior and exterior, as well as site design.
Andrea is involved at all project stages to ensure that the integrity of the design concept is maintained throughout the project. Beginning with Conceptual Design discussions with the Client and Project Architect, participating in Design Development detailing, selecting products for inclusion in the construction document stage detailing, review of the documents, review of the contractor’s shop drawings, and review of all design elements throughout construction. |
